Kombucha from Malters

Our vision was to develop and produce Switzerland's first mass-market kombucha. The former sawmill of friends in Malters offered itself as a production location. After ongoing refinements, we were able to hold our «Komeo» in our hands after two and a half years of development. We owe this not least to a microloan from Lucerne Business.
