Zleep Hotel coming to Lucerne
Emmenbrücke - Säntis Home AG and H World International have signed a franchise agreement for a newly planned Zleep Hotel. Although the Zleep Hotels brand has its roots in Denmark, this will be its fourth hotel on Swiss soil. The opening is planned for the end of 2027 in Emmenbrücke in the canton of Lucerne.
The Zleep Hotel brand is set to further expand its footprint in Switzerland. According to a press release, the St.Gallen-based Säntis Home AG and H World International from Frankfurt am Main have signed a franchise agreement for the fourth Zleep Hotel on Swiss soil, which in future will supplement the Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes, Zleep Hotel Zurich-Kloten and Zleep Hotel Bern-West. «We are really looking forward to further establishing the Zleep Hotels brand on the Swiss market with the Zleep Hotel Lucerne-Emmenbrücke and further developing our franchise pipeline with our experienced partner Säntis Home AG», comments Oliver Bonke, Chief Executive Officer of H World International, in the press release.
In addition to the lobby, breakfast area and bar, the new hotel will offer 138 rooms and create a relaxed atmosphere for future guests in a style typical of the brand, as the press release explains. «Having the chance to sign an agreement for another Zleep Hotel in the first half of 2024 is a great feeling», as Rico Zindel, Chief Executive Officer of Säntis Home AG, explains in the press release. He also describes the project as something of a dream come true, adding that: «Lucerne was an absolute dream location for us to realize a Zleep Hotel together with H World International». The new hotel will be located in Emmenbaum-Nord, which is situated between Emmenbrücke train station and the new Luzern-Nord district.
