Team PureInhale wins the first Youngpreneurs Central Switzerland Award 2024
Lucerne - Eight startups from Central Switzerland presented their startups in pitch format in front of over 100 guests and a six-member jury at Technopark Lucerne on Thursday evening, 28 March 2024. The Award Night marks the highlight of the eight-month start-up programme start-up programme «Youngpreneurs», which was held in Lucerne for the first time.
Premiere in Central Switzerland: last Thursday evening, eight start-ups presented their ideas to an expert jury and an interested audience. The evening was the highlight of the eight-month Youngpreneurs startup programme, which took place for the first time in Central Switzerland at Technopark Lucerne.
The PureInhale team, consisting of Enya Strimer, Iva Miljkovic, Xaver Sigrist and Gabriel Niggeli from KV Luzern, impressed the jury with their perseverance and innovative idea. Despite initial setbacks, they were not discouraged and but developed a new business idea that won the hearts of the jury. PureInhale offers an alternative solution for dry coughs and respiratory problems that is based on natural and flavoured ingredients and is compatible with standard e-shishas.
Winning the Youngpreneurs Zentralschweiz Award 2024 not only secures the team a cash price of CHF 1,000, but also a wildcard to participate in the *zünder startup accelerator programme.
Runners-up, SwitchMedia, and third-placed, LeadScoutZ, were also recognised for their innovative approaches and entrepreneurial spirit. SwitchMedia, a web design agency for customised solutions, impressed with a passionate pitch and already paying customers. LeadScoutZ successfully presented their services for implementing appointment management tools for SMEs.
The jury, made up of representatives from business and politics, praised the high quality of the pitches and the commitment of the participants.
The Youngpreneurs Central Switzerland Award Night was not only a celebration of the winners, but also a recognition of the entrepreneurial spirit and innovative strength of young people in the region.
