Swiss GRC to digitalize business functions of Neqsol Holding

Lucerne/Baku - Swiss GRC has been tasked with digitalizing the Governance, Risk and Compliance business functions of all group companies within the Azerbaijani Neqsol Holding. The Lucerne-based company beat off competition from prominent market participants in a tender process to secure this contract.

Neqsol Holding has signed an agreement with Swiss GRC to digitalize its entire Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) business functions. Neqsol Holding is an international business conglomerate active in 11 countries in the oil and gas sector, telecommunications, construction and high-tech industries.

As Swiss GRC states in a press release, this collaboration comes on the back of a highly competitive and extensive evaluation in which Swiss GRC’s «offerings and platform capabilities secured this partnership, standing out among prominent market players». Besfort Kuqi, CEO of Swiss GRC, comments: «The rigorous evaluation process reflects the strength of our platform and services. This is a major statement for Swiss GRC as we continue to expand globally».

The Swiss GRC platform will reportedly allow the Baku-based group to proactively manage risks, enhance corporate accountability and strengthen operational resilience across the company as a whole. The use of tailor-made modules of its GRC Toolbox underlines Swiss GRC’s ability to adapt its solutions to the specific needs of various and complex organizations, the company adds.

«We believe that this partnership with Swiss GRC will help us fully digitalize those systems in all group companies of Neqsol Holding», says Imran Ahmadzada, CFO of Neqsol and Head of the Holding. Moreover, Samir Karimov, Head of Risk Management at Neqsol, specifies: «The Swiss GRC platform will help us make our processes more efficient, increase transparency, and better handle risks throughout our business».
