Lucerne/New York - Swiss GRC and OpResONE have concluded a strategic partnership to introduce the GRC Toolbox software to the USA and Canada. The platform for managing governance, risk and compliance solutions aims to comply with increasingly stringent legal regulations and cyber security.
Swiss GRC from Lucerne and OpResONE based in New York have entered into a strategic agreement to introduce a platform for governance, risk and compliance solutions to North America. According to a press release, introducing the GRC Toolbox software to the USA and Canada should support companies when dealing with stricter regulations, more complex requirements, and increasing cyber threats.
For this, the GRC Toolbox from the Lucerne-based specialist is expected to be seamlessly integrated into solutions tailored to American companies. The system is supported by OpResONE’s expertise in the areas of operational resilience and regulatory consulting. The two companies are providing their assistance as a software as a service (SaaS) package.
