Sven Jost to become new BitHawk CEO
Sursee - Sven Jost, the former COO of IT service provider BitHawk in the canton of Lucerne, will be taking over the leadership of the company as CEO from 1 July 2025. The current CEO Oliver Schalch is standing down at his own request but will remain on the BitHawk Board of Directors.
The IT service provider BitHawk from Sursee in the canton of Lucerne has announced a change in leadership. According to a company press release, the former COO of the company, Sven Jost, will be assuming the role of CEO on 1 July 2025. The current managing director Oliver Schalch is seeking to resign from this position for personal reasons. Over the past 15 years, BitHawk has «performed exceptionally» under the leadership of Schalch, who will remain on the company’s Board of Directors.
The company is delighted to fill the highest executive role of CEO from within its own ranks. Sven Jost has acquired many years of experience at BitHawk and has been its COO since 2015.
Tobias Stöckli is joining the Board as a new member, as its Chief Sales Officer.
