SMEs to present their digital strategies at ONE Fachforum

Lucerne/Neuenkirch/Holzhäusern - At the second ONE Fachforum by SMEs for SMEs, representatives from companies will highlight their digital strategies for opening up new business fields and how to turn challenges into opportunities. The event is set to take place on September 12, 2024, in Holzhäusern.

Topsoft from Neuenkirch and Digitalrat, two consulting firms for digital business based in the canton of Lucerne in Switzerland, are organizing the second edition of the ONE Fachforum following a successful first installment in the previous year. At the event, which is set to take place on September 12 in Holzhäusern near Rotkreuz in the canton of Zug, the focus will again be on providing impetus and ideas for the digital future of SMEs.

According to a press release, experts from Swiss companies that are already successfully pursuing digital approaches will present practical examples of applications. In addition, the strategies, ideas and IT solutions through which their businesses have managed to solve specific problems, open up new business areas and turn challenges into opportunities will also be highlighted. «There are many success stories of this kind, and we believe that Swiss SMEs should hear about them - in person and live», as topsoft and Digitalrat explain.

The program for the event will get underway with a keynote speech entitled «Help, we’ve been hacked!». For this, Stefan Kudzielka, an investigator with the Schwyz cantonal police department for cybercrime at the security support center in Biberbrugg in the canton of Schwyz, will discuss cybersecurity and how businesses should approach this topic.

Attendees then have the choice between Session 1 and Session 2. Across three presentations in each case, speakers from Swiss SMEs will report on their digital initiatives before opening up to questions from the floor. For example, Sawsan Studer from Belimed AG will explain how her company sought to optimize the customer journey, while Urs Rindlisbacher from Auditrium AG will outline, among other aspects, the advantages of adapting processes to the system and not the other way around.

Early bird tickets are currently available at a discounted price. From July, the full price must be paid.
