According to a press release, the company is aiming to introduce a flexible and agile structure based on the expertise of each individual employee. The new organizational structures will collect and implement ideas from all areas of the company.
«We believe we are best placed to cope with the increasingly complex tasks and issues we face as a company and in our projects if the individuals with the greatest amount of expertise in a given area handle and make decisions about the relevant issues on behalf of Pirmin Jung,» says company owner Pirmin Jung. «Our new organizational structure is an agile organism that allows us to react flexibly to challenges and expedite innovation. The projects and tasks we handle as a company are at the center of our organization.»
