Luzern's CAAA Restaurant among finalists at the SBID International Design Awards 2024
The fine-dining restaurant CAAA in Luzern has been named a finalist in the «Restaurant Design - Rest of the World» category at the prestigious SBID International Design Awards 2024. Designed by Pietro Catalano in collaboration with External Reference Prof. Carmelo Zapulla from Barcelona, the restaurant uniquely blends art and culinary experiences.
Chef Pietro Catalano, renowned for his award-winning culinary creations on the Fiescheralp, introduces a new level of hospitality to Luzern with CAAA. Together with his wife Elena and sister Stefania, Catalano aims to offer not just exquisite transalpine cuisine but a comprehensive dining experience that begins even before guests enter the restaurant. According to Zentralplus, guests can expect a well-crafted service concept, starting with a warm welcome at the bar, a multi-course menu, and the opportunity to watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen.
According to a press release, the innovative design of CAAA, which seamlessly integrates art and cuisine, has already garnered international attention and secured a finalist spot at the SBID International Design Awards 2024. To win the final, Catalano and his team are counting on support from Luzern. Votes for CAAA can be cast via the link: CAAA by Pietro Catalano | SBID Awards.
