Kilchenmann and auviso announce new CEOs
Kehrsatz/Emmenbrücke - There has been change at the top of Inno Digital Services AG (IDS)’ two subsidiaries, Kilchenmann and auviso. Both companies have announced a new CEO. The goal is to drive further restructuring within the IDS Group.
There have been changes in the top positions at the subsidiaries Kilchenmann and auviso - Audiovisuell Solutions AG, which both belong to Inno Digital Services AG (IDS). As of 1 April 2025, new CEOs were appointed at both companies, according to a statement.
Patrick Grasser has taken over the top position at Kilchenmann, which is based in Kehrsatz in the Swiss canton of Bern. Former CEO Mathias Brand is moving to the position of Group CEO of IDS. Patrick Grasser has been with Kilchenmann since 2013 and was most recently a member of the Executive Board.
At auviso in Emmenbrücke in the Swiss canton of Lucerne, Philipp Burkhardt has taken over from Martin Elmiger. As company founder and CEO, Elmiger has successfully managed the business since 2003. He will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The further merger of Kilchenmann and auviso is intended to consolidate the IDS Group in the professional audio/video market, according to the statement.
«This new appointment will enable us to make optimum use of the respective management personalities’ strengths and further expand our 360° customer portfolio in the growing ProAV, ICT and smart building sector,» the new IDS Group CEO Mathias Brand is quoted as saying.
