Inno Digital Services relocating to Emmenbrücke
Emmenbrücke - Inno Digital Services AG (IDS) is moving its headquarters from Kehrsatz to Emmenbrücke. At the same time, Philipp Burkhardt will take over management responsibilities of the IDS subsidiary AUVISO. Martin Elmiger, who remains as CEO for the time being, will stay with AUVISO as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In the fall of last year, two specialists in high-quality communications, media and event technology, auviso and Kilchenmann from Kehrsatz in the canton of Bern, Switzerland, merged under the umbrella of Inno Digital Services AG, which is also based in Kehrsatz. According to a report in the newspaper «Luzerner Zeitung», IDS is set to relocate its headquarters from Kehrsatz to Emmenbrücke in the canton of Lucerne. In addition, there will now be changes at the top level of auviso.
In specific terms, Philipp Burkhardt will assume operational management responsibilities of auviso at the beginning of April. The CEO-elect and co-owner will replace Martin Elmiger at the head of auviso. Elmiger will, however, remain with the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also active on the Board of Directors of IDS.
