Collaboration between Komeo and Brauerei Locher

Malters/Appenzell - The kombucha producer Komeo and Brauerei Locher are joining forces. Komeo from the canton of Lucerne offers a tasty alternative in the area of refreshment. The new collaboration will help more consumers enjoy the fermented non-alcoholic drink.

A collaboration has begun between the startup Komeo from Malters, a specialist developer and manufacturer of innovative beverages, and Brauerei Locher, a brewery based in Appenzell in the canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. This combines Locher’s many years of brewing expertise with Komeo’s skills in manufacturing high-quality modern drinks.

The companies shared details of their cooperation in a press release. Komeo will focus on the brewing, product development and marketing, while Locher will handle bottling and distribution. Locher’s extensive distribution network will help ensure that Komeo kombucha is available nationwide. «Our aim is to offer a high-quality alternative to traditional soft drinks,» said Glen Lecardonnel, Co-Founder of Komeo.  

Komeo proclaims itself as a manufacturing company for the development and production of innovative and modern beverages based on kombucha. Precise fermentation techniques are used to create a mature aroma and a wide variety of flavors.
