3rd place for BitHawk at the Swiss Employer Awards 2025
Sursee - The IT company BitHawk from Sursee has achieved a podium finish in the largest employee survey in Switzerland, taking third place. The participating companies were recognized in four categories.
The winners have been announced - on 16.01.2025 icommit announced the winners of the Swiss Employer Awards 2025. The renowned study is the largest employee survey in Switzerland. This year, the survey and consulting institute icommit conducted the study for the 24th time. Over 50,000 employees from 149 companies in Switzerland and Liechtenstein took part. Among other things, the employees assessed the topics of work content, structures and processes, collaboration, management, dealing with change, leadership by line managers, employee development and remuneration. The participating companies were recognized in four categories.
«The independent, representative employee survey just conducted by icommit shows that BitHawk AG is one of the absolute top employers in Switzerland. It also scores as the best company in the IT sector across all categories. Employees' commitment to the company is well above average. They see the greatest strengths in dealing with change and cooperation within the company,» says Sven Bühler, Managing Director of icommit (Swiss Employer Award).
BitHawk achieved an excellent 3rd place in the 100-249 employees category. Particularly noteworthy: 93% of BitHawk employees took part in the survey.
BitHawk is the best-placed IT company across all four categories of the Swiss Employer Awards. In the areas of digitalization, dealing with change, management and work and leisure, BitHawk was rated by its employees with a large lead over the benchmarks of company size and the IT industry. It also scored well above average in all other criteria.
