Behind the name OTTO'S is a traditional family business with headquarters in Sursee, which today has over 2 500 employees throughout Switzerland and is managed by Mark Ineichen.

The diverse OTTO'S range comprises more than 50 000 articles from the food, non-food, textiles, sports, perfume and furniture sectors. In addition, there is always room for new ideas, as the entry into the car or sports business impressively demonstrates. However, OTTO'S not only wants to present its customers with an attractive range of goods, but also to expand its proximity to customers and ultimately be represented throughout Switzerland. To this end, OTTO'S is continuously expanding its network of around 100 stores, renovating existing stores and redesigning them in line with the latest customer insights.
